Important Information for Current & Prospective Clients
Therapy can provide ongoing support for navigating emotional distress, periods of crisis, and difficult life circumstances. However, appointments, email, and website messages are not monitored continuously and should not be relied upon for immediate assistance.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or need urgent support outside of scheduled appointments, please use the crisis resources listed above to access timely assistance.
Seeking immediate support during a crisis does not mean you cannot continue participating in outpatient therapy. Crisis services can provide additional assistance when more immediate support is needed.
