Meet Me
"I emphasize building an authentic, collaborative relationship with each client, tailoring my approach to meet your needs and goals."

My Therapeutic Approach
My theoretical approach is grounded in an existential framework. I emphasize building an authentic, collaborative relationship with each client, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Therapy progresses at a pace that feels comfortable and effective for you, allowing space for exploration and growth.

I take a collaborative, flexible, and client-centered approach to goal setting. Together, we work to identify meaningful, realistic goals that align with your values and support your personal growth. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I customize the goal-setting process to suit your individual needs, providing flexibility and room for adjustment as therapy unfolds. My goal is to help you cultivate meaning, connection, and purpose while gaining insight into any patterns or obstacles that may be hindering your progress.

I strive to empower clients by exploring their choices and responsibilities, amplifying their voice, and fostering self-awareness, self-understanding, self-respect, and intrinsic motivation. Adopting a holistic perspective, I integrate the mind, body, cultural influences, emotions, and social factors into our work together, recognizing the interconnectedness of these elements in your overall well-being and growth.

My commitment is to create a culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. It is an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique journey, uncover insights, challenge limiting patterns, and move toward a life that is more aligned with your values and sense of fulfillment.
About Me
Originally from Chicago, I’ve had the privilege of calling Georgia and California home, which has allowed me to experience diverse cultures and perspectives.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me indulging in my love for travel, exploring new fine dining experiences, exercising, getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with friends and family, playing with my adorable and energetic pug Rupert, and, of course, attempting (and occasionally succeeding) at golf.

I’m deeply passionate about helping others, whether through my professional endeavors or in my personal life. My commitment to learning and growing drives me to continuously seek new challenges and opportunities for self-improvement. Whether it’s through collaboration or self-development, I believe in the power of progress and strive to bring my best self to every opportunity.

I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My clinical experience includes working in community mental health centers, state hospitals, correctional facilities, and private practice, where I’ve focused on supporting adults at various stages of life. My approach is anchored in existential theory, incorporating elements from humanistic and positive psychology. I also specialize in working with highly motivated individuals who, despite outward success, struggle with a sense of deeper meaning and inner fulfillment, an experience I explore through my theory of Dynamic Stagnation.
